- The mail app is automatically installed by the public official integrated mail installer.

[ Information Use ]

1) The mobile public official integrated mail service is available only to individual members of the PC public official integrated mail,

After logging in to http://mail.korea.kr, you must apply for service through the 'mobile' menu at the top of the screen.

2) After moving the official certificate from the PC to the mobile device using the 'Certificate Transfer Service'

You can use it by logging in from your mobile device.

3) The public official integrated mail app includes a mobile vaccine, security keypad, and malicious app blocking program for safe service.

It is included within the Mail app and installed automatically.

4) Mobile public official integrated mail service is available in 3G, LTE, LTE-A, and Wi-Fi of mobile carriers.

5) It is supported on Android O/S 4.0.4 or higher, but some mobile device OS errors may occur.

It is recommended to use it after upgrading to the latest OS.

(Some devices may be supported only with 4.4.2 or higher)

6) If there is an update guide for the public official integrated mail, please be sure to update it.

7) In addition to the officially supported mobile devices, installation is possible on other similar mobile devices, but it may not work properly.

When installing on a mobile device other than the official supported mobile device, please contact the customer support center before installing.
