The Mobile Application (Hire Migrant Helper) service of the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor provides the following information:

Direct Employment News: Provides the latest information and news on hiring foreigners.

Employment Qualifications: Provides how employers should obtain employment qualifications when applying for each job category

Application Procedures: Description of various application procedures for employers to hire foreigners.

Trial calculation of the duration: Trial calculation of the processing time for the management of matters to be done after the employment of the foreigner.

Application Inquiry: Inquiry about the progress of foreigners’ application cases (you can inquire about the progress of applications through the Labor Development Department and through the Direct Employment Center).

For foreigners to change employers: provide the procedures for foreigners to transfer out, and provide instructions in Indonesian, English, Vietnamese, and Thai.

Precautions during employment: After the employer dismisses the foreigner, the precautions during employment

Feedback: Provide users with feedback fields.
