Japanese New World Bible dedicated PDF reader

It is a PDF reader for Japanese New World Translation Bible. Please prepare the PDF data yourself.

* When you want to set PDF again, please press and hold the number button. You can reset PDF.

This application is not jw.org official. It is what an individual made arbitrarily. It is for tablet only. You can quickly open the place where you want to open the PDF Bible.

- Preparation

First download the PDF from the official website of Jehovah's Witnesses (www.jw.org) and save it on the terminal itself or SD card. When you start up for the first time, it becomes the screen to set the PDF location, so select the saved file. You can now open PDF. The book of songs becomes the setting screen when choosing the song number.

When downloading from jw.org using the terminal browser, PDF is usually saved in a folder named "Download". The downloaded Bible file name is "bi12 _ J. pdf", and the new song book is "sjjls_J.pdf".

-Method of operation

First, select the title from the list on the left. Next chose the chapter. Open the appropriate page. Tap and swipe the right or left edge, turning pages.

Double tap to enlarge. Tap on the right end while enlarging, it is convenient to read as it is. Double tap once more to return to the original size.

You can also page by using the volume key of the terminal.

- Bookmark function

When you tap around the center while displaying the Bible, a bookmark comes out towards the top. Tap on it to pinch the bookmark. On the selection screen, select "Open bookmark (number)", you can read the continuation again.

You can set the name by long tapping the bookmark on the selection screen.

- When you want to set PDF again, press and hold the title or number button. You can reset the applicable PDF.

I think tablet cpu will work on both arm and atom systems.

I use the MuPDF library to display PDF.

MuPDF is published by Artifex Software Inc. under the AGPL license.
