"Mindstagram" is a game program that integrates mindfulness practice.

"Mindstagram" is a game program that integrates mindfulness practice. The entire game program development is divided into three stages, each stage will design a mobile application that fits the theme of the stage to complete the entire program development.

The first and second stages of the game program help users through the built-in drawing/coloring/music and image functions of the program, according to their individual needs, set up a suitable environment for different mindful drawing/ mindful coloring and meditation exercises . In order to encourage and facilitate users to share and download more paintings and continue to build the habit of quiet practice, the program includes (1) "Drawing Market" and (2) "Goal Setting". Through trial and continuous practice of mindfulness, users can learn and increase their awareness of themselves. Learning to get along with different emotions, thoughts and physical conditions will help effectively regulate their emotions and achieve the effect of "intelligently coping with" adversity.

This version is the third stage of the game program. In addition to maintaining the functions of the first and second stages of the program, users can upload and download paintings to share works with other program users, earn points, and use the points to exchange for additional program tools/functions in the new "User Information" of this version . Users can also check their own application information and browse more different paintings in "User Information" to further enrich the overall user experience.
