【動拉十七式】由十七個靜態拉筋及訓練動作組合而成,並以連貫式動態完成。另外有「三七運動」、「15分鐘橡筋帶運動」及「石波木棍自療組合」等 apps。

【動拉十七式】由十七個靜態拉筋及訓練動作組合而成,並以連貫式動態完成。動作速度可分為中、快、慢三個版本;分別建議於早、午或晚上,隨時隨地進行。早一次可鬆筋骨,下午快版可連續做幾次成為帶氧運動,而慢版可於晚上以每個動作維持十五秒做靜態拉筋。

GigaFit是位於荔枝角的小型健身中心,開業超過五年,服務包括私人教練、運動按摩、綜合運動及痛症手法治療。另外,運動班包括TRX、泰拳、健身球、AeroKick、BootCamp、伸展運動、橡筋帶、FitBall Drumming、YogaFit、腰腹臀、普拉提等。2015年,教練Sam更以專業的解剖知識並配合臨床經驗、以運動按摩學理結合推拿痛症手法治療,開創了一門新專業之「肩頸按療」服務。另外,更創作了「三七運動」、「動拉十七式」及「石波木棍自療組合」,而2015已將「15分鐘橡筋帶運動」製作及編寫成為手機應用程式推出。
