2. Precautions for use

(1) Please do not operate this application while driving as it is very dangerous.

(2) If the battery of the smartphone is consumed significantly, please use a charging device.

3. Limitations

(1) Common to all services

(1) Service may not be provided due to line failures of mobile phone carriers, GPS satellite failures, radio wave conditions, etc.

② If the smartphone's GPS function or Bluetooth is turned off, or if the smartphone's battery level is less than 10%, the service cannot be provided.

(3) Errors may occur in diagnosis results depending on the vehicle type, smartphone, installation location of the in-vehicle device, and road environment.

④ GPS data may not be acquired, and errors may occur in the driving record.

⑤ Even if you are not driving dangerously, it may be recorded as dangerous driving.

⑥Depending on the smartphone model, there may be errors in the diagnostic results.

(2) Service users may not be able to use all or part of the service if any of the following ① to ⑥ applies.

① When carrying out maintenance, construction or troubleshooting of systems managed by the Company or partner companies in order to provide services.

② When the system managed by the Company or partner companies, etc. to provide the service does not work properly due to fire, power failure, damage, failure, etc.

③ When a serious security risk is discovered or foreseen in the on-board device or the smartphone owned by the service user.

④ When the in-vehicle device and the smartphone owned by the service user become or may become the source of unauthorized access to a third party connected to the Internet.

⑤ In the event of a failure beyond our control due to a natural disaster or war, etc.

(6) In addition to (1) to (5) above, when the Company deems it desirable to suspend the functions of the Dedicated Device or Dedicated App.
