You can easily reserve "Norunosu" at any time using this app.

By selecting the boarding date you would like to use "Norunosu" and one of the many boarding stops within the service area (existing marked bus stops + virtual bus stops), AI (artificial intelligence) will search in real time! We will guide you to the most suitable service route, boarding location, and pick-up time.

Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will be able to get on and off the bus at the boarding and alighting point on the specified boarding date.

[How to use the app]

◆Please register your user information in the app (first time only)

①Set boarding date and departure time

Set the boarding date and desired departure time from the app screen.

*You can also set your desired arrival time.

②Set the pick-up and drop-off locations

Set the pick-up and drop-off points you wish to use within the service area.

*By turning on your mobile phone's GPS function, boarding locations closer to your current location will be displayed.)

③ Confirmation of ride reservation

The route from the boarding point to the drop-off point and the estimated departure and arrival times are displayed.

Please check the information displayed on the app, and if you are satisfied with the information displayed, please confirm your reservation.

④Reservation confirmation notification and transfer to boarding location

Once your ride reservation is confirmed, you will receive a notification with departure time, estimated arrival time, pick-up and drop-off locations, and vehicle information.

Please move to the boarding location displayed on the app's map by the departure time.

*The walking route to the boarding location will also be displayed on the app map.

⑤ Ride on “Norunosu”

When the "Norunosu" that picks you up arrives, please confirm your identity with the driver and board.

*The current location (approach status) of "Norunosu" will be displayed on the map of the app, so you can take it with you with confidence.

*Even while riding, the route, current location, and estimated time of arrival at the drop-off point of the Norunosu you are riding will be displayed on the app, allowing you to check the operation status in real time.

⑥Get off at “Norunosu”

When you arrive at your reserved drop-off location, pay the fare and disembark.

*You cannot get off at any location other than the one specified at the time of reservation.
