Easy to make the action record towards depression, I tried to think of the app

I created an application that can easily record the daily activities that are required when making a depression with a smartphone.

You can choose your daily mood in 7 steps, collect 16 actions and carefully select 11 symptoms (customizable, you can increase or decrease items).

It has a function to record sleep time (recording time during awakening), appetite, hospital visit, medication, weight, blood pressure, diary, etc.

The information recorded every day can be seen in graphs and daily list display.

Ad display etc. are not displayed, the following functions can be used for free.

Feature Description

・ I tried to make the operation as simple as possible.

・ A one-month calendar is displayed when you launch the app.

Since the sixth and holidays are displayed from the beginning, there is also a simple calendar function.

・ I tried to make my weight and blood pressure easily by inputting 10 keys.
