Amendments of the Constitution of Bangladesh

Constitution of Bangladesh is the supreme law of independent and sovereign Bangladesh state.

This Constitution was adopted on 4 November 1972 in the Constituent Assembly of Bangladesh (now the Jatiya Sangsad), and it is effective from 16th December or the first anniversary of Victory Day of Bangladesh in the same year. The constitution of Bangladesh has been amended 17 times. However, among these amendments, the fifth amendment to the late President Ziaur Rahman, the seventh amendment to Hussain Muhammad Ershad, thirteenth amendment and sixteenth amendment were rejected by the Supreme Court.

Our constitution has been changed sometimes and sometimes unnecessary. It is the time for all the changes, because it has been described in this app which you hope will benefit.
