Fisheries sector contribution to food security and economic development of Bangladesh is very important. In order to expedite the development of fisheries sector, several policies, laws and regulations have been made in front of the initiative of sustainable preservation and management of fisheries resources, value added fish production and export growth. Knowledge of fisheries related laws and regulations increases the efficiency and tendency of fisheries department officials. It is essential to be informed about every government employee and other beneficiaries concerned. In view of the original content, the latest amendments have been made to present fisheries related laws, rules, ordinances, policies, guidelines, circulars and to present the book in the book, which will help the employees concerned to implement fisheries related laws. In relation to any theory or informative inconsistency mentioned in the book with the basic rules or laws, the relevant rules and regulations will be effective and the theory or information mentioned in the book will lose its effectiveness. Other laws made in English, including 'The Protection and Conservation of Fish rules, 1985', 'The Marine Fisheries Ordinance, 1983', 'The Marine Fisheries Rules, 1983' have been translated into Bengali, which will serve as an aid to understanding the main law and In all cases the main law will be effective.
