Dr. Abdel Hadi Al-Fadhli (1935 - 2013 AD) is one of the Arab Mosaics in the contemporary era of the history of Arab and Islamic culture, an academic jurist who combines the Sharia and University studies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Jurisprudence in Arabic and Islamic Sciences. He received a master's degree from the University of Baghdad and a PhD from Cairo University and a student in the Arabic language at the time. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Samarrai, Dr. Mustafa Jawad, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Mohiuddin, Dr. Amin Ali Al-Sayed and others.

He contributed to the establishment of the Department of Arabic Language at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah and worked as a professor for several years.

He has many works in the forensic sciences, Arabic language and general culture. He has over forty authors and dozens of studies, researches and various articles.

Was known as the most important renewables of the curriculum in the scientific estate, without many of the curriculum for half a century, including the various sciences and knowledge taught in the estate, combining the depth of scientific and educational method.

He has been translated into many scientific encyclopedias, and has been repeatedly honored as one of the most influential in Islamic and Arab culture in modern times.
