He is Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Ismail Al-Muqaddam, born in Alexandria in 1371 AH (1952 AD). He is a human physician specializing in mental health and holds a BA in Islamic Sharia from Al-Azhar University.

He founded the Salafist School in Alexandria in 1977 AD. He traveled as a lecturer in many governorates of Egypt and many Arab and European countries. , and the United States of America.
