Ibrahim Al-Sakran (born on Rabi` Al-Akhir 5, 1396 AH, corresponding to April 4, 1976 AD) is an Islamic researcher and thinker, interested in the methodology of Islamic jurisprudence and the doctrinal and intellectual doctrines. His biography

He is Abu Omar, Ibrahim bin Omar bin Ibrahim al-Sakran, the supervisor of the Wahbi al-Tamimi, and he studied at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals for one year, then left it on his way to the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh and graduated from it. He obtained a master’s degree in Sharia policy from the Higher Institute The judiciary of the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, then went to Britain and obtained a master's degree in international commercial law at the University of Essex in Colchester.

Ibrahim al-Sakran’s conversion to Salafi thought appeared in 1428 AH 2007 CE in an intellectual paper that was circulated at the time electronically, entitled: The fate of the civil discourse, and this paper has raised many affiliated with the enlightenment trend.
