6 cups of water or chicken broth.

Method:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat, add the onions and garlic and sauté until they become soft and translucent. Salt and pepper can be added at this stage.

Add the carrots, potatoes, and zucchini to the bowl and stir until well combined.
