About رسائل إبن عربي وابن سينا

The Book of Certainty, Knowledge and Jafr by Ibn Arabi and Ibn Sina

Muhyi al-Din Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Arabi al-Hatami al-Ta’i al-Andalusi, one of the most famous Sufis, was nicknamed “the Greatest Sheikh” by his followers and other Sufis, and therefore the Akbari Sufi order is attributed to him. He was born in Murcia in Andalusia in the holy month of Ramadan in the year 558 AH, corresponding to 1164 AD, two years before the death of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, and he died in Damascus in the year 638 AH, corresponding to 1240 AD. He was buried at the foot of Mount Qassioun. Sheikh Muhyiddin Ben Arabi was born in the city of Murcia to a Marcian father and a Berber mother. He is known by Sufis as the Great Sheikh and the Red Sulfur. One of the greatest Muslim mystics and philosophers of all time. His father, Ali bin Muhammad, was one of the imams of jurisprudence and hadith, and one of the figures of asceticism, piety, and Sufism. His grandfather was one of the judges and scholars of Andalusia, and he grew up in a pious and pious upbringing, pure of all impurities. Thus, he ascended into an atmosphere filled with the light of piety, in which there was a free, bright race towards the highest levels of faith. His father moved to Seville and its ruler, Sultan Muhammad bin Saad, is one of the capitals of civilization and knowledge in Andalusia. His tongue had barely spoken until his father took him to Abu Bakr bin Khalaf, the dean of jurists, and he recited to him the Holy Qur’an with the seven in the book Al-Kafi. By the time he was ten years old, he had excelled in recitations, inspiring meanings and references. Then his father handed him over to a group of scholars of hadith and jurisprudence that moved between the countries and finally settled in Damascus throughout his life and was one of its prominent figures until his death in 1240 AD. He mentioned that he fell seriously ill in his youth, and during a severe fever he saw in a dream that he was surrounded by a large number of evil forces, armed men who wanted to kill him. Suddenly, he saw a beautiful, strong, bright-faced person who attacked these evil spirits and dispersed them into scattered fragments, leaving no trace of them behind. So Muhyiddin asked him, “Who are you?” I said to him, Al-Yassin. As a result of this, he woke up and saw his father sitting on his pillow, reciting Surat Yaseen at his head. Then he was soon cured of his illness, and it dawned on him that he was prepared for spiritual life and he believed that he must walk in it to its end, so he did so. He married a girl who was considered an example of spiritual perfection, outward beauty, and good manners. She contributed with him to purifying his spiritual life, and was even one of his motivations to delve into it. Meanwhile, he was attending one of the schools of Andalusia, which secretly taught the doctrine of modern Ambydoglianism, full of symbols and interpretations and inherited from Pythagoreanism, Orpheusianism, and Indian naturalism. The most famous professor of that school in that century was Ibn Al-Arif, who died in 1141 AD
