"Hukoomi" application is the unified portal for data, requests and transactions that the Palestinian government provides to citizens via the Internet as information services and as a channel for submitting requests for government department transactions. The Hukoomi application provides, through smart phones, a range of services related to citizens, most notably:

Bayanati service: where citizens can access all their data available in government departments and institutions (civil registry data - medical report data - driver and vehicle licensing data - educational qualifications data - registered land data - company data - marriage and divorce contracts, etc.)

Moamalat service: where the application provides the citizen with all government transactions submitted by the citizen to the relevant departments and ministries

My inquiries service: where the application makes available all informational records directed to a citizen (date of disbursement of the Qatari grant - and others)

Receivables and Cases Service: The service provides a set of financial restrictions and receivables registered as debts owed to citizens by government departments, in addition to traffic violations and a list of cases filed in courts and judicial departments

Complaints and inquiries service The application enables citizens to send their comments and inquiries or any complaint related to any government department.
