1- Each Qur’an is written entirely in the Ottoman script and is correct according to the narration named after its name, by imitation of the Mushaf of Medina.

2- The presence of new control signs that have been developed, to distinguish between most aspects of reading in all readings, even aspects of connection between the surah and aspects of endowments on the Hamz, and others.

3- Investigate the endowments that need to be deleted, added, or changed from the Qur’an of Hafs according to each narration. It is not just a matter of modifying the words in contention with Hafs Farsh and the original principles, but rather it may be necessary to delete, add, or change the endowments as well according to the meaning.

4- Seeking the correctness of the Eastern and Moroccan sects in drawing the words of the Noble Qur’an, and placing the argument, the narration, and what was mentioned in the ancient mother’s Qur’an above all considerations, even if this leads to a violation of the Eastern or Moroccan or both in their printed and circulated copies of our time.

5- Investigate the most likely sayings of the scholars of commas and the promise of the verse, and to take for each Qur’an the number stipulated by the scholars, with modification in the beginnings and ends of some pages in order that all pages end with the same verse header in all the Qur’ans, with the different numbers approved in each of them.

6- Investigate the most likely sayings of scholars on the aspects presented in performance.
