Oh God, forgive me, my parents, the believing men and women, the Muslim men and women, the living of them and the dead.

۩ اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِ مَرْضانا ومَرْضَى الْمُسْلِمِين، اللَّهُمَّ ارْفَعْ عَنْهَمْ ما هُمْ فِيهِ، وأَفْرِغْ عَلَيْهِمْ وعَلَى أَهْلِيهِمْ صَبْراً، وارْزُقْهُمْ الرِّضَى بِالقَضَاء، وعَاجِلَ الشِّفاء، شِفَاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سَقَماً، بِرَحْمَتِك يا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِين ۩

۞ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ مَا سَأَلَكَ مِنْهُ نَبِيُّكَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَنَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا اسْتَعَاذَ مِنْهُ نَبِيُّكَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَنْتَ المُسْتَعَانُ، وَعَلَيْكَ البَلَاغُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ۞

۩ اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا صَالِحَ الأَعْمَالِ وَاجْعَلهَا خَالِصةً لِوَجْهِكَ الكَرِيمِ، وَصَلِّ اللَّهُمَّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ وَالتّابِعِينَ وَمَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّيِنِ، وَالحَمْدُ لله رَبِّ العَالَمِيِنَ ۩
