Record the number of words!

The program writes the entered integer words in Russian in a given case and kind. Supported by a large number of their names with the choice of the system (up to 3003 figures for the short scale, and up to 6000 - for the longest).

In order to quickly obtain the name of the long number, you can enter it using the exponential notation. For example, the number of 5678e1234 begins with the digits 5678, after which in 1234 recorded consecutive zero. This number is written as follows: fifty-six hundred eighty undetsikvadringentillionov detsikvadringentillionov.
