Notifications of incoming documents on your smartphone

The app allows you to receive notification of incoming documents from the tax authorities on your smartphone.

Installed on your phone, Taxcom informer will help you not to miss a single event that requires your attention and participation:

Incoming documents from the Federal Tax Service:

• Incoming requesting documents from the IRS,

• Notification of commissioning of declarations in EDI,

• Notifications for clarification declaration

• Notice of refusal to accept the declaration.

Document B2B:

• Receiving incoming document

• Notification of the receipt of the document recipient

• The signing of the document sent by the recipient

• Receiving incoming notification on specification

• Cancellation of the counterpart document

Log in to the application occurs by login and password in the system Taxcom Sprinter, Sprinter Online, Taxcom Filer, an account in any integration solution B2B Taxcom Doklaynz or account on the Dashboard Taxcom.

The application queries the service Taxcom for the presence of new notifications for pre-configured schedule. After installing the app on your smartphone, you can receive notification of new events automatically, without launching the application. Also available with manual updating of data, which will allow you to request a new event at any time, whenever you need.

In application settings, you can manage your subscriptions to events, disable the types of events for which notifications you want to receive. Also in the settings you can set the service polling interval, from 15 minutes to one day.

Attachment leads notification log, which displays a list of events that have come to you for all the time using the application. Unread notifications appear in bold, so I can see what events have not yet viewed.

Each warning comes tooltip explaining what you should do in relation to a particular event. Read and older messages can be deleted.
