JSC “Specialized Registrar KOMPAS” is a professional participant in the securities market engaged in maintaining a register of holders of registered securities. For more than 20 years, we have been providing services in the territory of the Siberian Federal District and beyond. We constantly strive to keep up with the times, try to use the most modern technologies and methods of organizing work. Federal Law of July 29, 2015 No. 210-ФЗ expanded the possibilities for the use of information technologies provided for by Federal Law of December 26, 1995 No. 208-ФЗ “On Joint-Stock Companies” when interacting with the shareholders of the joint-stock company, including now the legislation allows for remote participation of shareholders in the meeting. This application will accumulate electronic services intended for shareholders and management bodies of a joint stock company. The application is intended both for registered persons of KOMPAS Specialized Registrar JSC and for other persons who will soon also be able to use the electronic services of our company. The application will be constantly evolving, and as new electronic services are launched at KOMPAS Specialized Registrar JSC, the functionality of the application will also expand.
