☑ The technical operation of power plants and networks of the Russian Federation (PTEESS or PTEES) approved and put into effect June 30, 2003.

☑ The Regulations set out the basic organizational and technical requirements for the operation of power plants, the steady implementation of which will provide cost-effective, reliable, and well-coordinated work of all parts of the energy systems.

☑ This application is an e-book. the top operating panel is the interface program (Table of Contents button, the search string, a Search button, and Settings) and a text panel which displays the text divided into chapters.

☑ The application contains a search function. Enter the desired text in the search box, the program marks the found text on the page and the content - yellow discharge. Inside chapters You can switch between the found text by up and down arrows that appear in the upper right corner.

☑ Search works on all devices. Possibly take place to be delayed after the search request within 1-10 seconds (depending on the device power). Since the search is not semantic (as in Yandex), it is recommended to ask queries simpler, and you can even remove the end of words, so for example by typing in the search word "brigade" - the search results will be less than if you type in the search "brigades" - then search will look for all words containing base "brigades" - "brigade", "team", "team", etc.

☑ For the best use of the application is recommended smartphone with a screen size of 4.5 ''. And on some devices, the app may not run, and run with limitations - for example you can not change the font and text alignment.
