The Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" is the basic law regulating the relations that arise between consumers, manufacturers, performers, sellers, and importers when selling goods. The PZPP establishes the rights of consumers to purchase goods, works and services of appropriate quality and safe for the life, health and property of consumers.
