If you order a report from the USRN online, you can quickly find out if there are any litigation, arrests, restrictions regarding the property. In addition, a report from the USRN may be needed at the request of the bank issuing a loan secured by real estate.

A report from the USRN on the transfer of rights is required in almost any case where there is doubt about the subject of the transaction. It is worth being wary if the transfers of rights were frequent without any reason.
