Housing and construction cooperative

This application is intended for a group of persons who are shareholders of our cooperative.

Housing and construction cooperative - voluntary association

individuals and legal entities on a membership basis for construction

apartment building or residential complex, created in the manner

established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The cooperative is formed and operates on the basis of

the following principles:

- voluntary membership in the cooperative and unhindered

withdrawal from it in the manner prescribed by the charter of the cooperative;

- mutual assistance and providing economic benefits for members

cooperative participating in its economic activity;

- managing the activities of the cooperative on democratic

beginnings;

- purpose of the cooperative for the fullest satisfaction

economic needs of its participants;

- maintaining economic and economic independence

members of the cooperative;

- creating conditions for improving the educational level of members

cooperative;

- availability of information about the activities of the cooperative and its

financial condition for its members, in the manner prescribed by the charter

cooperative.

The purpose of the application is to inform online members of the cooperative.

This application is developed only for members of the cooperative, which are the shareholders themselves.

The Home page tab, designed to inform the user in the form of a notification. The notification comes in text format, to inform about the current state of the cooperative or as a news feed.

The Online voting tab is designed to make a decision by a majority of votes on the management of a cooperative. Decisions on issues related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting of members of the cooperative are taken by a simple majority of votes from the number of members of the cooperative present at the general meeting in online format or their authorized representatives with the right to vote, unless otherwise provided by the charter of the cooperative.

This tab is used only in case of a change in the legal and regulatory solution of issues regarding the management of the cooperative.

Queue tab - this is the members of the cooperative see in which queue they are in the purchase of housing, this tab is loaded from the accounting system.

Construction objects are the objects under construction at the expense of the shareholders of the cooperative and the proposed conditions for choosing one or another apartment
