Application instructions for the program c SurvCE and receivers EFT

The application contains basic instructions on how to use Carlson SurvCE and GNSS receivers EFT. As an example of the instructions used EFT M1 GNSS receiver.

All instructions are grouped by section: "Initial settings", RTK mode "and" Static ".
