Client application for restaurant operations

Client application for the restaurant business system e-Bar (my.e-bar.mk). It can be used as a main terminal for a point of sale, receiving orders in the kitchen / bar and as a client for waiters and management (auxiliary devices). Real-time synchronization with the server as well as with all other devices connected to the network, without the need for internet access, also works smoothly in times when there is no network connection (up to 7 days for the main terminal, until the end of the working day for auxiliary devices). Access to parameters such as: raw materials, products, norms, menus, employees, warehouses, points of sale, table layout, etc.

Ordering functionalities (point of sale terminal, auxiliary terminal / client for waiter and management):

- Overview of bills by tables and special categories (for carrying, staff, reservations), with information for waiters, incl. amount, time ..

- Creating a new order in an existing account or by creating a new account

- Selecting options for products, adjusting the existing norm at the request of the user, adding add-ons to a specific order, as well as leaving a comment.

- Placing a customer / user and discount on the account, and choosing the type of order.

- Multiple bills on one table.

- Reservations with orders and their automatic activation at a given time.

- Sharing an account, transferring an account to another waiter, transferring an account to another table, merging two or more accounts.

- Staff ordering section

- View all issued invoices and cancel option

- Debt settlement of waiters.

Functionalities when receiving orders in the kitchen / bar:

- Review of orders by time and condition: all, all unfinished, last 30 min

- Accepting and rejecting (by entering a comment) the order / s

When used as the main point of sale terminal, the application can be used by any employee, whereby the user interface is automatically adapted based on the permissions of the logged in user. In this mode, the following functionalities are enabled:

- Connection with fiscal device (USB, RS232, wifi / ethernet, bluetooth). Supported devices: Accent FP550 / FP700, David FP / FX1200 / FX1300.

- Work with fiscal: cash inflow / outflow, control report, daily closing, time adjustment, tax group adjustment (auto)

- Connection with thermal printer (USB, RS232, wifi / ethernet, bluetooth) and setting parameters for markers. All devices that support standard ESC / POS protocol are supported.

- Automatic detection of problems when connecting a fiscal and thermal printer.

- Announcement of employees with a unique code.

- Connecting an RFID reader for employee login.

When the application is used as an auxiliary terminal for a point of sale or a client for a waiter / management, it provides the same functionalities as the main terminal, except for working with a fiscal device, it is only enabled on the device to which that fiscal device is connected. The printing of fiscal invoices is done automatically through the main terminal immediately after closing the account with orders, no matter from which device it is made.

To access the application, you need to create an account at https://my.e-bar.mk and create a restaurant, or have someone add you as an employee. All other functionalities such as material and financial records, reports, detailed settings, etc. are enabled via the web.
