Each level consists of 30 audio lessons of 30 minutes. It is during this half hour, according to Dr. Paul Pimsler, that the human brain receives new information most effectively. The entire course of 1, 2 or 3 levels is designed for 15 hours of independent work. Having already worked through the first 2 lessons on this method, you will forever remember everything that you listened to.

Dr. Pimsler's course "English for Russian Speakers"

Pimsler's method is based on memorizing not English words, but English ones, turned into Russian ones through a system of associations. The first level contains 30 audio lessons and 21 reading lessons. After studying this level, you will be able to freely operate with 500 words of colloquial constructions. There are also levels 2 and 3, but the first is fundamental.
