ZGMobile is the unique solution that will enable you to detect the presence of your employees on the move, so absolutely simple and safe.

With ZGMobile your employees can send their booking records of entry and exit, or start and end processing directly to your management system with just a tap, reliably and in real time.

With ZGMobile can finally answer questions typical of the time and attendance:

WHO? Each person in ZGMobile is identified by a managed account directly from your office staff that will be inserted by the employee at the first access to the App From that moment the smartphone will become its Time Recorder staff.

WHERE? ZGMobile allows to detect also the place where you are working. This can be done in two ways, or giving the opportunity to the employee to select the job from a list of possible places or enabled by turning on the camera in your device and allowing the employee to read a QRCode strategically positioned in place and that uniquely identifies it . For further verification of the validity of the data, are recorded the geographic coordinates of positioning.

WHEN? On ZGMobile each stamping obviously contains temporal information of the moment in which it is performed. This information is obtained, if there is coverage, from an external NTP server. In this manner ensures the correctness of the data that can not be changed arbitrarily by the user. If, however, there is no coverage ZGMobile allows you to store all transactions executed on the device. Then this information will be sent to the system later. In this way you can't lose any information.

WHAT? ZGMobile also allows the employee to specify, if necessary, which operation is performing. This simply providing a list of possible actions decided and configured by the relevant lead.

ZGMobile is completed through access to the web portal where your office staff will make the appropriate configuration and control all of the data obtained.
