Veterinarians Can Provide Online Counseling Service

With the Veterinary Doctor application, veterinarians can provide paid services to animal owners. This is the application that veterinarians will use and the application that animal owners should use is different.

Registration procedures

In order to start the registration process, you must first download the application. Then open the app and let's complete the registration process together!

In the first window that opens, you will be asked to enter your number. Enter your number without a leading zero. After logging in, you will be asked for a confirmation code for confirmation. The confirmation code is the 6-digit code sent to the SMS section of your phone. After entering the code correctly, a few information is requested for registration on the page that opens.

First, you must upload your profile photo by pressing the circle at the top. This action is not mandatory. Then fill in the fields of your name and surname, veterinary office. These sections are mandatory. Where it says bio, you can enter information about yourself.

You should click on the services you provide below and select which animals you can make an appointment with.

After you open your account, you need to take a copy of your veterinary diploma and send it via e-mail to “[email protected]” for approval. Your account will not be active unless you submit your veterinary diploma.

Appointment Process

When the home page opens, click on the appointment section below. When making an appointment here, the calendar will open on the screen. Go to the month for which you want to make an appointment with the right and left buttons at the top of the calendar. Then click on the day you want to select and select that day in the orange box. You will go to the area where you will select the appointment details by clicking the add calendar button at the bottom right.

You must select the time to make an appointment by pressing the clock button at the top, either by typing it manually or by tapping on the clock. Then you press the OK button and go back to creating an appointment. You click on the price section below and enter the appointment fee, with a minimum of 50 TL and a maximum of 1000 TL. You choose your appointment time from the place that says duration at the bottom. If you want to make a change in the date, you can press the date button below and rearrange the date.

If you want it to stay the same, the last thing to do is to choose one of the options in the repeat calendar button at the bottom. If you do not want to make an appointment at that time again, there is no repeat, if you want to make an appointment at that time every day, every day, if you want to make an appointment at that time every week, click on the same day every week, and if you want to make an appointment once a month, click on the same day every month option.

If you press the button every month, the option to repeat how many times will appear at the bottom and choose how many months should be repeated in this way. Finally, in order to make an appointment, you can complete the appointment process by clicking the plus button at the top right. Then the vet has made the appointment and the client chooses the vet's appointment.

If the veterinarian has made an appointment, he can check how many appointments he has in the "next appointment" section on the main page. If the appointment has been made and the customer has made an evaluation, they can still see them from the evaluation section on the home page.

Canceling the Appointment

The veterinarian has the right to cancel the appointment.

To Make an Appointment

To make an appointment, you should open the appointment section from the application, click on the appointment and say start the appointment. You cannot make a call unless you give camera and microphone approval.

Veterinarian's Message Sending Process

The veterinarian cannot initiate the direct message first. But if someone sends you a message, enter the message section to reply. Click on the incoming message. In the section that opens, write and send your message.

Withdrawal Transaction

To receive payment, you must have at least 1000 TL in your account. If the money in your account has reached 1000 TL and you want to withdraw it, enter the account section.
