Add voice data of N2 TTS for saving memory, Japanese speech synthesis engine and lightweight it is (female A).

Additional voice quality data for "N2 TTS". By installing this package in addition to the terminal where "N2 TTS" is installed, four kinds of female voice quality of reading-out tone are added to "N2 TTS".
