Anitha International Education Trust, Sivakasi was formed in the year 2010 with the sole aim of giving quality value based education. The chairman of the trust is Thiru. Arumugasamy Vadivel,a known industrialist and philanthropist. In order to fulfill his social obligations and to give quality education, he proposed to establish a school through the trust he has formed. As a result of this, Anitha Matriculation School, Vembakkotai Road, Sivakasi is born.

The School is the living monument, which is built by our Chairman in memory of his beloved wife Madam Anitha Arumugasamy. It starts functioning in the academic year 2013 -14 with classes from PreKG to VIII and in the year 2014 -15 Anitha Matriculation School is upgraded as Anitha Matric Higher Secondary School. The noble gesture of the chairman for the cause of education is to be lauded.
