Help and Love is based on acceptance and commitment therapy. Parents who are invited to the program can browse our program content. It is hoped that this will strengthen the psychological resilience of parents of special children, thereby reducing the psychological pressure of parenting and creating a more harmonious parent-child relationship.

This program is completely free and led by the team led by Professor Zhuang Yuyu from the Nethersole School of Nursing, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
