★ This book is a story of an innocent Brahmin girl suffering in laws place and ultimately became rich.

★ Husband makes restoration of family rights and wants to live with her.

★ To avoid that situation she became a freedom fighter and got jailed. The repented husband joined with her in freedom struggle and also in Jail.

★ The film was banned by British Govt. as it highlighted the freedom struggle.
