BMG Services is pleased to announce the launch of the “BMG Services Mobile” App. The App provides a range of possibilities for interaction between Owners and the Condominium Administration and vice versa and thus contribute to bringing the governance strategies of a Condominium closer to the owners' opportunities. Using this solution, Owners now have, through their mobile phones, access to the pulse of their Administration's activity in real time!

The mobile solution built and delivered to BMG Services was based on the following distinct and autonomous modules:

NEWS (ACTIVE)

Engine that publishes the news and news from the Administration in real time keeping the Owners always informed.

AGENDA (ACTIVE)

Engine that publishes the agenda of events related to the Administration and the Condominium.

DOCUMENTS (ASSETS)

Engine that allows the viewing of the usual documents published in the window of the Condominium (Annual Calendar, Statutes, Regulations, Notices, Payment of Quotas, etc.).

OCCURRENCES (ASSETS)

Engine that registers orders, situations to be corrected and recommendations, giving real-time feedback on the registration to the Owner.

FORMS (ACTIVE)

Engine that provides the registration of service requests (multiple forms) and different markings, informing the Condómino of the status of attendance / resolution.

CONTACTS (ACTIVE)

Engine that allows Owners to view and access useful contacts from multiple entities related to Owners (Photo, phone, link, e-mail, address, GPS, etc.).

Quizzes / games engine that encourages the installation by the Owners and that arouses interest in themes related to the Condominium. It allows and makes available the publication of rankings.
