All it was started Online as tr there was restriction on social gatherings, though it was online being our first attempt it was highly. successful. Thousands of people helped with our free program, and changed their life, improved their physical and mental health as well. Everybody from children to elder people enjoy our program and enjoying their quality of life now also.

So we thought why not to reach every human. And we came up with different Yoga program considering people's needs. We conducting variety of yoga program which is disease wise like weight loss yoga program, yoga for her, yoga for high blood pressure, children height yoga program yoga for spine yoga for elderly people and many more. Till date more than two thousands people participated in our online yoga program.
