Nations was born in 2016 in the UAE 🇦🇪. A passionate food lover, who was amazed by the multicultural diversity of ethnicities living in UAE as if in their own homes. It was this melting pot of cultures that sparked the idea of creating "Nations", which embraced people from over 180 nations.

"Sushi Nations" was our first concept—a Brazilian mixed sushi with recipes not only from Brazil but also a fusion of diverse sushi from all over the world. Today, Sushi Nations has become a well-known top brand in the UAE, occupying the top position among all restaurants. Landing an astonishing 6000 reviews on Google for our first small branch, and another 6000 reviews for the other 3 branches, with overall ratings ranging from 4.5 to 4.7 out of 5.00.

Not to mention, three out of the five branches have been awarded TripAdvisor Restaurants of the Year in 2021 and 2022!
