Inaugurated on August 6, 1946, its founding partners were: Danilo Cunha, Dâmaso Drumont, Walter Santos, José Maria Santos, Jaime Dumont, Pedro de Paula Lemos and Geraldo Porfírio Botelho. The latter, after a few years, became the sole owner of the company.

Our relationship is to contribute to the socio-economic and cultural development and well-being of the community.
