teleppi ™ is an application that allows you to enjoy Hybridcast in cooperation with Hi-Kone® compatible TV receivers.

■ Product Introduction – What is teleppi ™?

teleppi ™ is an application that allows you to enjoy Hybridcast, a TV service that links broadcasting and communications.

While broadcasting Hybridcast-compatible programs, you can enjoy various contents of Hybridcast through your smartphone in cooperation with your TV receiver (TV, set-top box).

For example, you can enjoy a comfortable TV life by participating in interactive programs, watching on-demand programs, and easily obtaining information about the programs you are watching.

■ How to use telepipi ™

1. Connect the TV receiver to a home network that can connect to the Internet.

2. Connect your smartphone to the same home network as your TV receiver.

3. Start teleppi ™.

4. Select the TV receiver to connect on the “Select Device” screen.

5. Enter the PIN code displayed on the TV receiver to perform pairing.

6. After pairing, cooperation with the TV receiver starts. Please enjoy the broadcast cooperation service of Hybridcast.

* Once you have paired a TV receiver, you do not need to enter a PIN code.

■ Notes

To use teleppi ™, you need a Hi-Kone® compatible TV receiver.

You need to connect the Hi-Kone® compatible TV receiver and your smartphone to a home network that can use the Internet.

Normal operation with all Hi-Kone® compatible TV receivers is not guaranteed.

If you contact us via support email, we would appreciate it if you could tell us about the following in order to conduct an efficient investigation.

Smartphone model number and OS version

Manufacturer name and model number of the TV receiver used

The name of the broadcasting station and program you were watching

Please tell us as much detail as possible about the procedure and what kind of trouble occurred.
