About Nail Design DIY

A collection of ideas for you to decorate nails easily and quickly

Decorating your nails, everyone can do it.

The Nail Design DIY application will help you decorate your nails a lot easier.

There are lots of nail decorating ideas that you can get in the Nail Design DIY application.

Showing off a simple nail design is no longer limited to the first few days after dropping $ 50 for a manicure (hope they don't chip before you can show both friends and strangers). You have to create your own designs at home - not only are they cheaper, but you can achieve some very creative and unique looks that only last during salon design - without spending your weekly allowance.

Easy nail designs to start by falling into the following general categories:

Two nail care nails - basically do your nails half a color, and the other half color. It's pretty easy to do and can make some very abstract patterns, but be careful in terms of having good hands in getting the right lines.

Doing your fingers one color, and a different color thumb [alternative is to have your little finger be a different color instead, or your thumbnail]. This is complicated, because if the colors don't complement each other either it just looks like you started nail polish jobs and got bored halfway through!

Adding crush affects your nails with Crackle Nail Polish. It's easy, and creates a truly unique design, especially with almost unlimited various color combinations between a solid base coat and the top of a polish crack.

Draw designs such as flowers, ladybugs, stars, etc. This is really easy to do and involves using a toothpick as your brush and your nails as a canvas. The problem is if you are not careful with the flower design you have just completed it might look too similar to some of the other people you see around the city.

Magnetic nails - this is the latest, rather high technology trends, and very easy and creates a very unique design using special magnetic nail polish and what looks like stamps - but a magnet that regulates metal particles in the nails around the design.

Nail stickers - special "small" stickers that will adhere to nail polish or be applied correctly, and not run or get distorted when coated with clear nail polish. Kind of fall apart if they are scratched or torn and then have to be taken off, but this can be a fast design that doesn't take much time.

Nail art pen - this is fun, and like drawing on your nails with markers [except this has nail polish in it!]. I personally like to do abstract patters and spin on my nails with this because it doesn't require the same level of precision as trying to draw.

Nail gel or gelish - this is not tight nail design, but if used properly gel nails can last up to 3 weeks without chipping or cracking, super fast drying under UV light, and designing with them will produce a durable design. the speed is often faster because the UV lamp is used to dry the paint in under 2 minutes.

I hope this makes you start thinking about the various nail designs that you can do at home!
