Knitting is the method of making fabrics, garments or clothing from knitting yarns. Different from the weave that crossed two rows of perpendicular threads, knit using only a thread. A finished stitch held in one of the knitting needles until the start of a new puncture.

Knitting can be done by hand or machine. There are different types of styles and knitting techniques. The basic techniques in knitting are the upper and lower puncture. Flat knitting is done using two knitting needles or a circular needle. The result is a straight and flat fabric (rectangle). Circular knitting is done using a two-pointed knitting needle or a circular needle. The result is a cylindrical fabric such as socks and warm sleeves.

Various types of knitting needles and yarn sizes are used to produce knits of different shapes. Garment products made from knitted products, for example: sweaters, scarves, blankets, hats. Socks, up to blouses, dresses. And tunics.

The knitting technique with a knitting needle is called a crochet. Basically, crocheting and knitting are both aimed at hooking the thread through the existing puncture hole, but using different knitting and needle techniques. The needle for crochet is called a lace needle that has a hook on the end.

Here is a type of knit type

1. SINGLE KNITT

The technical sense is a single needle knit.

Use only one surface or can not be turned back (2 surfaces).

Type of knitting meeting, solid material, less flexible (stratching).

Most of the t-shirt products on the market are wearing Single Knitt knit type.

2. DOUBLE KNITT

The technical sense is a double needle knit.

So its use can be turned back and forth (top down does not matter).

Knit type not tight, material soft, soft, and flexible.

T-shirt products that usually wear this type of knitwear is for baby (baby) and children (Kid's). There are some people call this material as Interlock.

3. LACOSTE

Technical sense is knitted texture / style.

4. STRIPER or YARN DYE

Lay people call this material with the title of salur / colorful. Usually used for adult t-shirts.

5. DROP NEEDLE

The technical sense is knitted with a needle pulling variation.

Its use can be back and forth.

Type knitted texture straight vertical, soft, and flexible lines.

This T-shirt product is widely used for Rib Neck (T-Shirt), Ladies T-Shirt Body Fit, and singlet shirt.
