Parents play a pivotal role in their children's education. No matter how good a teacher one is, or how talented and attentive a child is, if there's no revision or follow up at home, the odds are that the child will eventually lose grasp of the lesson. Hence, a parents after school attention is vital in order to ensure their children digest what they have been taught. A nudge or simple "did you finish your homework?" can help keep a child steadfast on the education track.

Unfortunately, with today's hectic lifestyles, it is very easy for parents to forget, be distracted from or in some cases, have no idea about their children's lessons and progress.

We've come up with a practical solution.

We've developed an App that will allow parents to keep track of their children's progress, homework, receive notifications, as well as other practical real time information.

The app consists of 6 sections :

Hifz ul Quran

Parents will receive an instant notification as soon as their child does Tasmee of Quran (along with any necessary remarks). They can also access Hifz records in order to evaluate their child's monthly progress.

General School Notifications

This is a very practical and effective mean of informing parents of school related activities, wether they are sports programs, holiday notices, or even payment of fees reminders.

Homework

Teachers can keep parents informed of homework assignments, submission dates, as well as tips and pointers.

They will also have the option of sharing photo images if needed.

Calendar

A very useful tool that highlights all school events at a glance in Gregorian & Hijri formats.

Holidays, tests/exams, parents meeting, report day etc. will all be clearly marked and updated regularly.

Timetable

Parents can use this option to view their children's upcoming lessons and help them prepare accordingly.

This tool will also allow Principals and Head Moallims, to view staff periods allocations and sort them either class-wise or by teacher.

School Album

A picture is a thousand words. Parents can be sent photos of their children's achievements as well as general school accomplishments. This option may also be used to forward a school newsletter.
