On-line Meal count form for the USDA's SFSP and CACFP programs

This app requires your sponsor have an account with mealtracker.org. It replicates the paper meal count form needed for the USDA summer food program (SFSP) and can be used for meal counts with the at-risk CACFP program. The app is part of a larger system that allows sponsors to better manage their client sites.
