fixed a bug that made you restart the complete app after loosing connection sometimes
fixed a bug with the 'about' page
the album cover is now sized correctly
notification is now being removed when killing the app via task manager
notification is NOT being removed when stopping the player
fixed multiple instances of the app (Lollipop)
added check for internet connection before opening the webviews
