Calculate your odds and your expectation of winning

This application makes it possible to precisely estimate the probabilities of winning a game of Poker, but above all to determine your expectation of winning throughout the game.

The expectation of winning is more important than the probability of winning the game.

Suppose at some phase of the game you have determined that you have a 25% chance of winning. You bet 100 and the other players 400. One time out of four you will win 400 and three times out of four you will lose 100. In the end your average win would be 400x0.25-100x0.75 = 25. Despite the low probability, you are statistically winner!

The application works in real condition: you don't have to know the cards of other players. The only data needed is:

• The value of the cards in your hand.

• Your bets and those of other players.

Calculations are made at any stage of play from pre-flop to the river. There are no limitations. You can make as many games as you want.

This application does not offer unnecessary features such as learning poker or quizzes. Its only objective is to give you precise and fast odds.

This application can be used for games of 3 to 12 players with 52 cards.

Its use is very simple:

• On the first screen, indicate the number of players.

• On the second screen, specify the position of the dealer as well as the amounts of the blinds. This is used to initialize bets.

• The following screen has three tabs:

1. In the game tab you indicate which cards are in each phase of the game (pre-flop, flop, turn and river). Your own cards can be hidden to prevent other players from seeing them!

2. In the bets tab, you indicate your bets as well as those of other players. Your expectation of winning is calculated there from your probability of winning the game and the amounts of the different bets.

3. In the odds tab, you can analyze your chances of winning the game as well as the probability, for you and the other players, of winning with a given hand (straight, quad, full, flush, etc.)

It is a decision aid. You remain in control of your game.
