PinjemAja is an application that brings together the owner of the goods with the borrower.

What is PinjemAja?

PinjemAja is a Marketplace Rental application, which brings together Investors / SuperParticipants (Goods owners) with Borrowers / tenants. The PinjemAja application provides a menu that makes it easy for tenants to find the items they need & opens opportunities for Tenants / individuals / communities who have goods for rent.

What is an investor?

Investor / SuperParticipant is a user who lends his possessions via the PinjemAja application.

What can investors do?

Investors can add items to lend to PinjemAja users by uploading photos and writing descriptions of items. Investors can also determine the length of time and cost of borrowing goods.

How to become an investor?

Users can register as investors after completing account verification. After completing account verification, the user can become an Investor by selecting the Investor menu.

How to borrow / rent goods through PinjemAja?

1. How to rent items by selecting items on the home menu

2. Then the item view will display the item description in detail. And on this page the user can chat with the owner of the goods

3. Users will be directed to the order form to fill out the loan date, payment method and shipping method

4. Users will see a review of the form that has been filled

5. Users make payments for goods according to the selected shipping method

6. The owner of the item will confirm payment

7. Goods will be sent / taken according to the selected shipping method

8. Goods are borrowed by the user according to the agreed date

9. Goods returned to the owner of the goods after the lease time ends

10. The owner of the item will complete the transaction
