• Locked files stored online?


No. Files are stored on your device only, make sure to take backup of all your hidden files before transferring to new device or factory reset.


• 
App icon is hidden, how to launch app?


1. Tap the "Manage Space" button in System App Info page (Setting > Apps > Folder Vault > Storage > tap Manage Space button)


2. Open in default browser http://www.appzgo.com/app/folder_vault/open.php


• Forgot App Password?

No worries, choose Forget password > send email, option from the app top right menu, app shall email the password to provided email. Please check SPAM folders and mail can take 5 to 10 minutes. You can also set security questions to reset pin in offline.

• You will lose media files, when deleting unlocked media files.



• If you delete ".Android-GL-DoNot-Delete" folder, locked files will be deleted & lost forever


• Cleaning Apps might delete locked pictures & locked videos, so do not delete any relative files of app while cleaning.



• Before deleting app, don’t forget to unlock all locked Files & then delete the app
