The 23.lk consists with two apps; driver and passenger. Passenger would be able to choose the type and size of the vehicle they want; such as three wheeler, mini cabs, vans etc. Passengers can select their vehicle by using their smart phones. Drivers have their app and will notified them with when there is a request from the passenger.
