I seized it and said, 'I will lead you to the Messenger of Allah (saw).' He said, 'I am going to teach you a few words by which Allah will benefit you.' I said, 'What are they? He said, 'When you go to your bed, recite this ayah:' Allah! Laa Ilaaha Illa Huwa Al-Hayyul-Qayyoom (the living, the one who supports and protects everything that exists) ... "[Surat al-Baqarah, 2: 255] Then Allah will assign a guardian for you to stay with you, and no Shaitan (the devil) will come near you until morning.
