Swasth Wallet Personal app is a free and easy-to-use app for people to help them access the YSR EHR healthcare platform with ease. All the features that are present in https://ysrehr.sambav.com/ are also found in the Swasth Wallet Personal application, but with some modifications.

This app allows patients to book appointments with doctors, make video consultations, store, and access medical records, track your health, check prescriptions instantly, request lab tests via Lab Orders, ask opinions from other doctors via Second Opinions feature.

Features:

Health Records - Health Reports helps us to view the entire menu where user can select any of the option based on their requirement. By using this Users can make an appointment/view their prescriptions using ‘Doctor Visits’, update their allergies information using ‘Allergies’, share their health information by using ‘Share Health Link’ etc.

Switch Family Member -Here it will display all the family member account details if they have any.By using switch option, we can switch into their ‘Swasth Wallet’ account.

ID Card - Using ID card, we can make an appointment with the doctor by visiting the clinic where doctor can view our entire health information (i.e. by scanning the QR code). Even we can share the emergency link to our loved ones by scanning the QR code with any QR code scanner.

Prescriptions - Users can upload their prescriptions by using this where users can view and delete their prescriptions if required.By using ‘Pharma Orders’ option from web, users can order the medicines what was prescribed in the prescriptions.

Lab Orders - People can access lab orders and lab reports using this feature. All reports are linked to their medical records.

Safety Services - It has the following options: Police Anti-Ragging SHE Team Accident I am safe now Police: If we click on this, it dials 100 for contacting the police. Anti-Ragging: It will send an alert to the Anti-Ragging team in the college. SHE team: It will send an alert to the SHE team through Whatsapp Accident: If we click on this, it will send an emergency message to your loved ones/customer care. I am safe now: Informs your loved ones of your safety

Second Opinions - People can request other doctors for a second opinion.

Swasth Wallet Personal app has no in-app purchases and does not take/collect payments.
